Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make further changes, simply reply to the confirmation email. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment and including a tracking number. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can no longer make any changes to your order.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible. We may require signature confirmation for some orders.
Free Shipping Policy
All orders over $150 are eligible to receive free shipping via the most affordable standard ground delivery service based on destination – chosen by STC. Free shipping applies to all orders placed within the 50 States and Puerto Rico. You may select a specific delivery service, upgraded speeds, and other delivery services and options for an additional fee during checkout. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make changes while the package is in-transit.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to specific countries. Please be aware that not all of our offerings are able to be shipped outside of the US. Goods will be shipped as sold and customs documents filled out as per government policy. The purchaser is responsible for all local duty and taxes. We offer shipping via USPS and DHL. Only some USPS services can be tracked overseas. You will not be able to reliably track USPS budget services like First-Class Mail once your package leaves the United States. Specialty Turkish Coffee can not be responsible for packages lost overseas. We strongly advise Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail International for international orders.
Note: USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT currently available for shipments to Russia or the Ukraine. We apologize for the inconvenience.
•Your order will be received by your country’s postal system and delivered to you via their service, not the USPS, since the USPS is only present in the United States.
DHL shipments are available to most countries and will be tracked through DHL tracking.
Customs Fees:
•Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged to you in your country in order to obtain your package.
•These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
•Specialty Turkish Coffee has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office for information on your country’s fees.
•We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
•We are not able to mark orders as “gifts” on customs forms because we are a retail store.
Estimated shipping times once we have shipped the package and you receive a tracking number (usually 2-3 business days after the order is placed).

NOT available for shipments to Russia or the Ukraine
• USPS Priority Mail International – 1-2 weeks (No guaranteed tracking)
• USPS First-Class Package International – Varies by destination (No tracking) Note: Up to 13oz

For most equipment returns we allow a 14 day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. Free shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund. A restocking fee of 10% (10 percent) of the full retail price of the products returned excluding taxes and shipping will be charged for items that are returned for reasons other than damage or defect. This fee may be waived on an individual basis at the discretion of Specialty Turkish Coffee. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.
Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if free shipping option was used the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at info@specialtyturkishcoffee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable and costs of shipping will be deducted from the refund if free shipping was utilized. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to www.specialtyturkishcoffee.com

Due to the nature of the item, Comandante Grinders must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging to receive a refund excluding the cost of shipping and restocking fee.
If you have purchased STC – Specialty Turkish Coffee products through a retailer, check the store’s return policy. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us at info@specialtyturkishcoffee.com and we will do our best to help.
– Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store.
– For a refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition. Original condition for Comandante products is unopened and unused.
– Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address.
