The capsule contains the perfect amount of calcium, magnesium and sodium that will take a gallon of de-mineralized water and turn it into the best water possible for your favorite coffee beans.

THE DARK ROAST PROFILE
– The Dark Roast Profile was created to help dark roast coffees taste their best. Contains ~137 TDS/kH of alkalinity and 180 TDS (total dissolvable solids).
– Some key uses for the Dark Roast Profile include: Espresso Machines, Super-automatics, Batch Brewers, and Drip Coffee Makers.
– All minerals contain permanent hardness and help protect your coffee brewing equipment. Permanent hardness is included in total hardness.
